I have suddenly become unable to forward or send any e-mails from my Outlook
Express. I have one outgoing message that I cannot delete out of it as well.
I cannot even move this message to another folder it appears to be stuck in
the outgoing messages.
This has become very frustrating to say the least.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you really mean to say "Outlook Express"? The email program that
comes with Vista is called Windows Mail. If you have the latter, apply
this Microsoft fix:
