Pasting in email results in change of font for rest of email

Whenever I paste something into an email, the font/format of the item being
pasted becomes the default format for the rest of the email. I can change it
back to the original email font manually, but every time I hit "Enter" to
start a new paragraph, it reverts back to the pasted item's font/format.

Yes, that is a known bug when composing a HTML email in Windows Mail.
The only workaround is to ignore the font change until you are done composing,
then select all and apply the desired font.

Or in the new message window>format>select plain text and then back or
vice-versa :-))
