error notice with alternate e-mail tried to fix it alternate works fine,now
error messages for live.com sure as heck my cause looked for contact addy
for live was unseen. need servers/ports or someone to fix

Windows Mail does not work with free Live.com accounts.
You would have to upgrade to the newer Windows Live Mail:
