Email works one time on startup, then cannot receive email get erro

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop.digitalpath.net', Server: 'pop.digitalpath.net',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Can send emails. Disabled anti virus, tried windows live

Which antivirus is it? For Norton, McAfee, and Trend Micro, disabling
the antivirus is seldom sufficient to correct a Windows Mail problem.

Do a trial uninstall of your antivirus. In case of McAfee and Norton,
you will also need to use their special removal tool.
If no improvement, what other third party security software are you
running, such as SpyBot?

Email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, for reasons
explained here:

Re: Email works one time on startup, then cannot receive email get

I was able to make it work by disableing Spy Sweeper Email Attachment Shield.
My Norton is still installsd but email disabled

Re: Email works one time on startup, then cannot receive email get

Good to hear you found the culprit. Any email scanning is bad.
