How to delete email address in "auto-complete" list

Windows Mail stores all e-mail adresses that have been used. This list is
used to auto-complete an email address when making a new email.

This is handy except in those cases where the user made an error because the
erroneous email address is still in the list and will be used again.

How can I delete or edit this list of formerly used email addresses?

(PS I am not looking for the contact lists as that is easy enough to correct!)

For your further clarification I work with elderly people who are new to
computers and typically have few email contacts.

Window Live Mail (to which you are welcome to upgrade) uses the
standard Contacts list for auto-completion.
To edit the auto-complete list in Windows Mail, download and install
this tool:
