| | Email attachments Just started using Windows.vista.mail - working well except for: 1. Attachments won't open. The help section merely says double click on the attachments icon to open. Did that and still nothing. 2. Would like to have notice of what email has been delivered while I am working in another program. (The way Outlook used to.) Thanks - Maureen |

All that Windows Mail will do is play a sound when new email arrives, it will not display a "New mail deskop alert" llike Outlook does. | Vista | Re: Email attachments Gary, I dont have anything like what you show. My options in tools are; preferances|mail setup|format|spelling|other|delegates. I have looked at all the tabs and no where do I see "security". |
