automatic fill up when typing to or cc contacts

Hi,

The flag in options 'automatic fill up when typing contacts' is set,
but when typing a new contact, the system only shows in a list the contacts
I sent
an e-mail to since I started with Vista (after having imported all my
contacts).
How can the automatic fill up be established for all my contacts ?
The system also shows 2 lines per contact (1 line for the name and 1 line
for the e-mail address)

Kind Regards,

Dirk Dhaenens

RE: automatic fill up when typing to or cc contacts

Apparantly it only remembers the last 29 that you have used.

Re: automatic fill up when typing to or cc contacts

That is a known issue with Windows Mail. It does not use the Contacts list
for auto-completion. It uses a separate list of the last 29 or so recipients
you've sent to. That feature works correctly on the newer Windows Live Mail.
I recommend you upgrade: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
