| | Re: reading and saving email in two accounts POP3 email is not designed for access from multiple places (IMAP is). By default, it is deleted from the server after downloading. You can set your email program to leave the messages on the server after downloading, but they need to be deleted eventually, when the server inbox fills up. In Windows Mail Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced [x] Leave a copy of messages on server [x] Remove from server after [xx] days You only need to set one computer to remove after [xx] days. -- Vista Home Premium 32 SP1 http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview "scolman" <guest@xxxxxx-email.com> wrote in message news:dca5d19f3fc463c8c9b6047a2b6c4265@xxxxxx-gateway.com... | home premium | Re: reading and saving email in two accounts I also have another question i couldnt send an email. This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason: Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server. The reasons given by the server are included to help you determine why each recipient was rejected. Recipient: <****@viston.com> Reason: This target address is not our MX service client. Please reply to Postmaster@charter.net if you feel this message to be in error. |
