Vista Tutorial - Outlook Express Outbox Msg Blocking Send

I have a message in the Outbox that is blocking all other messages from being
sent. I am unable te move it or delete it.

Close Outlook Express, do a search for OUTBOX.DBX, and delete (or rename) it
when you find it. If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, the file will be
hidden, so you'll need to have the search tool look for hidden/system files.
A new Outbox, minus any stuck outbound email, will be created the next time
OE starts. Having said all that, Outlook Express will not run on Vista and
in as much as this is a Vista forum, Windows Mail (which DOES run on Vista)
has a similar issue and there is a fix for it:

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

If there is an accumulation of messages in the Outbox folder, open
the Outbox folder. Move as many of those messages as you can to
the Drafts folder. If any won't move or can't be deleted,
apply this Microsoft fix:
