| | How do I set up a folder to receive email from specific account I am setting up my Windows Mail account to receive email from many different accounts. Is there a way, for instance, to load all mail incoming for abc@xxxxxx to a folder I create specifically for that address? In the instance of AOL, we have several email accounts. We'd like to receive each address into its own folder...is that possible? Thanks. Regards, Patti |

| | Re: How do I set up a folder to receive email from specific account Yes. Use message rules. Create a message rule to move the email coming into the AOL account to the AOL folder. Tools - Message Rules - Mail [x] where the message is from the specified account [x] move it to the specified folder click on the underlined words to select the correct account and folder. Save rule Do this for each account. Or switch to the newer Windows Live Mail, which keeps accounts separate. -- Vista Home Premium 32 SP1 http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview "Patti Bourgeois" <vintagebookends@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:OsXEKivKJHA.1308@xxxxxx Quote: > I am setting up my Windows Mail account to receive email from many > different accounts.
