Can anyone please tell me how to block all the Adult content emails that are
sent all the time from various senders,or how to delete more than one email
at a time from the inbox.

It is a difficult task, sadly!

If your ISP (mail provider) has a web interface then they might have some
Spam filtering options there?

Other than that you have to explore, by trial and error, methods of
controlling it via Message Rules, on the tools menu.

3rd party programs are sold that do it, but they cause other problems IMHO.

The best way to reduce spam is to go to your mail provider's website,
log in to webmail, and look for an option to enable spam filtering at the
server level.

You should be able to delete multiple emails by highlighting them and
clicking Delete.

To select multiple items, hold down the Ctrl key and select them one by one.

Or

Select the first and then the last item, while holding down the Shift key.
