Re: craigslist respond to Email

When you click on a mailto: link, it should open your default email program.
What is your email program, and do you have it set up to access your email
account?

Re: craigslist respond to Email

Before I can help you I need to know which email service you used
before you got that new laptop.
Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?

If you are accustomed to using webmail, there is no point in forcing
you into a POP email setup.

From the posts I have seen here previously, I think that the 'infamous'
"craigslist", uses Hotmail only?

No, but it uses 'MailTo' links, and the folks having trouble with those
links are typically Hotmail-via-the-web users.
