Keep getting duplicate emails - Error message: 0x800CCC19

Everytime I log onto my Labtop, I keep getting duplicate emails from the
server. I choose to keep emails on the server so I can refer back to them,
but now they all want to download again. How can I convince my system NOT to
download those? I keep receiving this error message. Please help.

Account: 'cwsa.ipower.com', Server: 'cwsa.ipower.com', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

Your connection is probably timing out BECAUSE your server mailbox is so
full, or their is a very large or corrupt message?

Log into the web server and do some cleaning out?

You should set WM to remove mail from the server after a reasonable number
of days, to avoid this problem, On the advanced tab of your accounts
properties.

The server is not meant to be used as a means of back-up.

Regarding the duplicate messages, go to tools>accounts, and ensure that you
do not have a duplicated account.

Now its bring'n up this error message:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'cwsa.ipower.com', Server: 'cwsa.ipower.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Re: Keep getting duplicate emails - Error message: 0x800CCC19

That type of error is usually caused by interference from a non-
compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

If turning off your antivirus email scanning function does not resolve
your problem, consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it
is less prone to suffering bad effects from overly intrusive antivirus
programs: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

Email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, for reasons
explained here:
