outlook express

I currently have a Dell computer. I am using Windows mail but occasionally
have tried to e-mail friends who are using outlook express. However due to my
hard drive packing up some months back and no back up to use, I have
forgotten what my user name/password/servers names are. Is there a solution
to this. I can try and recall what these are but this is unliklely. Would be
grateful for any help.
Thanks

RE: outlook express

YES, but you do need to know who you internet service provider is. They will
have a web site at wich you can reset your password. also you should be able
to obtain you pop3 setting frome theirs as well.

Re: outlook express

The only one who can help you recover your username and password
is your mail provider.
Also, your mail provider's website will have a page with instructions on
how to set up an email account in your email program. If you need
help with that, tell us who your mail provider is.

You need to contact your ISP or mail provider for those details.

There is no way that anyone else can help.
