| | Copying eml files over from another inbox versus importing or rest I have an Acronis backup that I can read the file structure and COPY Files (ie I can see my inbox fold and my sent folds with their emil files) but I can't restore as I cannot get Acronis to fully work to restore my files. INSTEAD can I just copy the 2 weeks of eml files ie 2 weeks of sent and inbox files over to my hard drive from my back up hard drive that has the same file structure. I have tried this but can't seem to see them when I reopen vista mail. I have tried importing pointing my backup drive folders and this does not work. How does one just copy eml over??? Any help appreciated J Klein |

| | Re: Copying eml files over from another inbox versus importing or rest Just drag them into Windows Mail, into whatever custom folder(s) you made. If they are from a CD/DVD, you might have to change the read-only attributes. You can do that in Windows Explorer. -- VistaRookie ------------------------------------------------------------------------ VistaRookie's Profile: http://forums.techarena.in/members/vistarookie.htm View this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/windows-v...il/1057728.htm http://forums.techarena.in |
