| | Re: cannot send e-mail When you got that error message, was your PC getting its Internet connection from Wowway? As a general rule, the owner of the SMTP server must be the same as the one providing your Internet connection at that moment. The other possible reason for your trouble is the fact that you are allowing AVG to scan your email, a bad practice.
