    Are you connected to the internet via eircom.net when you're sending? Have
    you ever been able to Send mail from your name@xxxxxx account in Windows
    Mail?

    That error message typically happens when sending from an Internet
    connection other than the one to which the SMTP server belongs (eircom.net).
