Lost email messages

I had trouble with my internet this morning. When I got back on-line all of
my email messages that were in my in-box yesterday are gone. How do I get
them back?

RE: Lost email messages

I had the same problem! It looks like Windows Mail lost all the links to
messages! It shows the mails and their object, but when i click on 'em it
gives me an error and it can't find the correct e-mail.
What can I do?

Re: Lost email messages

Make sure your 'current view' is set for "Show All Messages" rather than
"Hide Read Messages".

Re: Lost email messages

If messages can't be displayed nor deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Although that article only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.
