Vista - I can recive all emails, but I can't send anyone

I allways recive this message:


The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server.

The rejected e-mail address was 'kristi.jarv@xxxxxx'. Subject 'Re:
kontaktisiku vahetus', Account: 'server.alfanet.ee', Server:
'mail.virgin.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 5.7.1
<kristi.jarv@xxxxxx>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied', Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

That recipient is valid.
The most likely reason why your send attempt was rejected was
due to your Internet connection not coming from Virgin Media.
Which ISP were you using when you tried sending that email?
