    Difficulties w/microsoft

I'm wondering why microsoft makes their systems so hard to use and navigate?
The techies and engineers who went to school for this stuff get around fine.
But they need to realize that 85% of americans are not computer savvy.
I think designers are getting out of touch with the common person.
Or they're creating job security by making things so hard that we need to
constantly keep asking for their help.
I've been trying to send a basic email for two hours. And none of the
searching I've been doing is yeilding an answer.

Perhaps if you outlined the problem you are experiencing with your 'basic
mail' someone on this newsgroup could assist you.

Hard to help without more details. Do you get an error message when
you try to send? If so, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
If you spent less time editorializing and more time describing the problem,
    it would be solved already.
