Vista Tutorial - New E-Mail account

Please provide step by step information on how to set up our new email
account. We have tried numerous ways with POP, IMAP & SMTP and they all
keep us from finishing. We have tried all different ones and nothing works.

What does "keep us from finishing" mean?
If you get an error message, copy it and post it here.
