When I click on the "From" email address in blue -- in a message in
Window Mail-- I am sent to Word 2003 email. How do I stop this default?

Re: Default to Word 2003 email when using Windows Mail

That's odd... I would have expected Outlook, since Word is not an email
program.

Make sure that Windows Mail has all of the email defaults.
"Start" - "Default Programs" - "Set your default programs"

Word is not an email app - you missed something out

Re: Default to Word 2003 email when using Windows Mail

Make sure Windows Mail has all its defaults:
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

Seems like windows mail had not been chosen as default so now when
email link is clicked it goes to windows mail.
Before it went to what I guess was some email facility in office 2003.
Thanks all.

Yes, that's what my suggestion was. Good to hear it worked out for you.
