Your messages appear on public newsgroups visable to millions of people all over the world. You have just given your personal details to every reader world wide. Cancelling the message won't help as the message has already propogated to many other servers. Your details will be accessible using google or other search engines for years. Do a google search of your names if you don't believe me. At best you you're about to get lots of new friends. I would advise change your contact details immediately. It is not a good idea to broadcast your personal details anywhere on the internet.
