| | Win Mail I have Vista Home Premium with SP1, Win Mail vers.6.0.6000, IE7 vers.7.0.6001 and Norton AntiVirus Online vers.15.0.0.58 from T-Home. When I save an attachment from a mail received, Win Mail shuts down and restarts automatically again. But very often the attachment is properly stored. Any help? |

| | Re: Win Mail There is a known attachments problem caused by a recent update to Norton antivirus. There may be a newer update that corrects the problem, so first try updating Norton. Norton Antivirus users are entitled to a free upgrade to Norton Antivirus 2009, which cures the problem. If interested, contact Symantec via online chat. As a last resort, uninstall Norton antivirus and follow up with their debris removal tool: http://service1.symantec.com/Support...05033108162039 If you like, we can recommend a more compatible free antivirus. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Wolfgang Seiberth" <wolfgang.seiberth@xxxxxx-online.de> wrote in message news:1D381156-1F0F-42F8-9E08-C1E0B1F84AD2@xxxxxx Quote: >I have Vista Home Premium with SP1, Win Mail vers.6.0.6000, IE7 vers.7.0.6001 and Norton AntiVirus Online vers.15.0.0.58 from >T-Home.
