Create contact groups requires:



"Click to open Windows Contacts.
On the toolbar, click New Contact Group, type a name in the Group Name ..."
etc., but my toolbar doesn't offer me "New Contact Group"! Nor is it in the
"customize toolbar" selections!
What happened to it?

If the toolbar in Contacts doesn't have all the options, then the
folder type for Contacts is incorrect. Try this:
Open Windows Contacts. Right-click somewhere in that
empty white space to the far right. Select Customize This Folder,
click the little triangle, and from the dropdown list select Contacts,
then click OK.
