Contacts

I have a rather large address book. Several contacts don’t have email
addresses. Whenever I want to send out an email, I have to go through ALL of
the contacts to send an email. Is there a way to eliminate the non-email
contacts from the list I have to go through and NOT eliminate them from the
contact list every time I want to email?

Re: Contacts

Hello Jay,

You could place the ones with email addresses on a contact group to use.

Contact Groups in Windows Mail

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Re: Contacts

I don't know of any way to exclude them, without deleting them...
But you can sort them, to group them together...
In the Contacts folder, you can change the View to Details, and sort by
email address.
Same in the Select Recipients window.
Not sure if that's much help, though.
