I don;t know what my server name is I use DSL from Verizon ( I just clicked
on the Butterfly that was on my desktop) so I don't know if I used outlook
or outlook explorer. NO CLUE > can't send e-mail

The default Mail Client in Vista is called Windows Mail.

There is no Outlook Explorer & Outlook Express is not part of Vista.

You're not using Outlook if it's not installed.

Contact your ISP for instructions on configuring your account in Windows
Mail.

Verizon's online email setup info is a bit of a mess because they
have four different email systems. You will have to pick out the
one that applies to you and follow the prompts:
http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/

If you get an error message, copy it and post it here.
