Sorry about the typo error. But this CSV option is the same procedure that you would have used with Outlook Express if you wanted a nice neat list of your contacts. You can also save the CSV list as a backup of your Contacts for importing should something happen to the contacts file. Linux is a fine system, but the basic PC user will find that it is more complicated, especially when you want to add new software. |

I have never used Outlook Express - rather, I went right to Outlook some years back and soon became "locked in". As I am sure you know, Outlook DOES include email addresses (default) when I print adr lists - and I guess I got spoiled. That feature is/was a big help for me in my little operation.
