Vista - pictures sent with email

Why can I not send or receive picture with email. Always get pop up message
saying one or more of these pictures cannot be found do you want to send.
Also when receiving e-mail with pictures the pictures come as an attachment
and will not let you move them into the email between the quotes where they
are suppose to be. I remove all the headers and close what needs to be closed
and it will not let me do an insert.
By all the feedback I've read this is a serious problem and not enjoyable
one bit. So far I'm disgusted with Windows Vista and considering going back
to Windows XP.

Both of those problems are peculiar to Windows Mail.
Those problems have been corrected in the newer Windows Live Mail,
to which you are welcome to upgrade:
