| | Junk Mail Shortcut Hi, I tried to find a keyboard shortcut(s) for Junk Mail - from domain or from sender but server would do. There are no toolbar buttons either for these choices. Also, it would be nice to rate as junk more emails at a time - it's Database 101, no big deal. It is inefficient - takes too much time - to click in context menu for each junk mail. Hence, a keyboard shortcut to rate email as junk at least "from sender" - to be on the 'safe' side - would be quite useful. Michael |

Here's how to get there: 1. Click Tools (In Windows Mail) 2. Click Message rules > Mail Then set it up from there. Hope this helps, Shawn |
