problems sending stored pictures to my email

For sometime now I keep trying to send some pictures I uploaded from my
camera to my email and to friends email and have been unable to. it keeps
giving giving different messages such as "((((The connection to the server
has failed. Subject 'Emailing: ALL OCCASIONS 070', Account:
'pop-server.cfl.rr.com', Server: 'smtp-server.cfl.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E))))).......

What does that mean? How can I correct? I've call my internet provider and
they told me they can't do anything? can you help?

Re: problems sending stored pictures to my email

Roadrunner doesn't use port 465 for SMTP, nor SSL.
Change it back to port 25, and uncheck SSL

Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced.
