from, if you are using their email service. Or to your separate email
provider (like yahoo). Go to their help pages and search for email settings
( or mail settings). The information will usually be easy to find and easy
to follow.
Also when you signed up for the service you usually receive a confirming
email from the provider that contains the imformation you need to set up.
