| Vista Home premium 32bit | M$ Access for Windows I've just purchased a new PC which came with 'Vista Home Premium', my old PC ran XP which had a wonderful address book programme called "Microsoft Access for windows" had an icon "db1", it's not email addresses. I've tried to transfer it to 'Vista' but can't select a format to open it. I would be very grateful for any advice because I have all my non-email names and addresses in it. Regards Gus |

| | Re: M$ Access for Windows Access is an MS program that is, generally, included in certain versions of MS Office. You cannot run an access db unless you have Access installed on the PC Probably what you need to do is to open up the db on your old PC and see if there is a method of exporting the data to a csv file that Windows Mail can import "Gustheiceman" <guest@xxxxxx-email.com> wrote in message news:f8c2f1170eac5c2334b23d592ed17e92@xxxxxx-gateway.com...
