    ISP

    Hi Guys,
hope somebody of you can help me to create an account in Microsoft Windows
Mail...because I tried in Microsoft Outlook and it didn't work, now I've got
serious issues on this other way.
First of all, what's a ISP and how can I contact him to get all server
    information??
Then, which is the server for e-mails to be sent and which other one is for
    e-mails up-coming?

    Tks!
    Alexandra

Your ISP is who provides your internet connection, the company that you pay
    for your connection.

    Maybe in your case http://www.libero.it/

Check it out for the mail settings for Windows Mail, it may give details for
Outlook Express, they are the same settings.

You can try POP3 SERVER popmail.libero.it (incoming).
    SMTP Server mail.libero.it (outgoing).

ISP = Internet Service Provider, the company that provides your internet
    connection.

    > and how can I contact him to get all server information??
Do they send you a bill? Relevant information would be on it.
Alternately, they will have a website.

And email configuration will be one of the most common questions asked of
them, and so they will have pages in their support section detailing exactly
what steps to take and what to enter where.

What won't be on those pages, however, is the username and password for
*your* email account with them. If you don't know what those are, you will
    have to phone them.
