Vista - How to create eMail groups

I have Windows mail with Vista.

I want to create eMail groups

The (French) Help Assistant ask me to open "Windows contacts" and then to
click "New contact group"" (or something like that, i work in french) but
this option or button doesnot appear in the toolbar or the left side or else
where

I think I have tried all and everything but without success.

If the toolbar in Contacts doesn't have all the options, then the
folder type for Contacts is incorrect. Try this:
Open Windows Contacts. Right-click somewhere in that
empty white space to the far right. Select Customize This Folder,
click the little triangle, and from the dropdown list select Contacts,
then click OK.
