Extracting messages en masse?

I have more than 200 emails from someone and I'd like to extract the
messages into a single document - say, a Word document. How can I do this?

Select the first message>hold down the Shift key>select the last
message>then on the message menu, up top, select Combine & Decode.

You may have to open the resultant attachment to see the messages, but you
will not see From, To etc, only the message content.

Not an exact science, or result, to say the least.
