Vista - yahoo mail cant get to work

i cant get yahoo mail to work with windows mail to work, i keep gettin ths
error . Account: 'nickygareth@xxxxxx ', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR popgate argument(s) missing.', Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91.

Did you enable POP on your account at the website? http://uk.my.yahoo.com/
Top right corner after you login to your account>Inbox>options>mail
options>enable POP.

Also remember to select 'leave a copy of messages on the server', in your WM
Account>advanced tab, if you want to access mail in both places at some
time.

Otherwise WM will empty your online inbox.

thanks that was a great help, i can now recieve emails via wm but cant send,
i recieve the following error

Go to the Advanced tab of the Yahoo account and change port 25 to 587.

Hi,

I got new Dell Inspiron Laptop and very first day when i was using it it was
asking me to set up window mail account then i setup my account but i was
not aware of incoming and outgoing server details and now i a, not able to
send or recieve emails whenever i am trying to send it is showing error.

could anyone please help me how to setup again and what is incoming and
outgoing server plsssssss
help would be much appriciated.
