    WinMail.exe

Everytime I try to shut down my pc I get this message: the instruction at 0x04a02570 referenced memory at 0x0000006c. The memory could not be written. I have to click ok to shut down, can someone help me understand what I have to do to correct this error?

Is the instructions and referenced memory numbers the same or different each time in
that error message shows when you shut down or when it comes up. If it is different
then you have some sort of malware and you need to run some malware tools which I
    have listed below.
If it is the same all the time then the issue rests with your IE which most likely
is a Beta. In that case uninstall the Beta version

Does the Heading of the error message read Application Error or Internet Explorer
