I have windows vista, I don't know if that makes a difference. I need to know what to change my email server to.POP3 and SMTP does not work. Your mail service provider usually has a web page with instructions on how to set up your email program. I understand your Internet connection is being provided by BrightHouse, but that doesn't necessarily pin down your email service.
