Exporting Windows Mail Messages on 1 computer to Outlook 2007 on another computer

I am trying to export my Windows Mail messages and contacts on one computer to Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 on a different computer. The computer with Windows Mail is a Vista Home Premium 32bit and I want to move it to the one with Outlook 2007 which is a Vista Home Premium 64bit. I have the file exported into a .pst file but I keep getting an error code: 0x80070021 when I attempt to copy the .pst folder to an external drive in order to move the folder to the other computer. HELP~

Re: Exporting Windows Mail Messages on 1 computer to Outlook 2007 on another computer

Mail & Outlook need to be configured on the same PC
Or if you dont have an Outlook instalation available, download the Office
2007 trial, configure Outlook, then export from Mail to Exchange (Outlook)
Closed down Outlook, copy the data file, outlook.pst, to your documents
folder on the other PC.
Within Outlook, File>Open>Data File........browse to the pst you copied to
open it.
In Folder tree view of Outlook this set of Personal folders will be shown,
below the default set, copy whatever from this to your default set
