Vista - Windows Vista Mail with Gmail pop

Hello all,

I was hoping someone can provide me the answer to something that's been bugging me for some time now.

I'm actually not a vista user, it's my mother in law that is the user. She's 73... what a great woman huh? She even created her own website. anyway... back to the question...

We registered a gmail account for her so I've setup her vista mail to download the emails for her automatically... what I find though is that with the bigger emails, vista mail doesn't download it. I don't have that problem with microsoft outlook downloading from gmail.

Can anyone help me out here?

hello, thanks for your reply. sorry for not replying sooner. I thought I'd get a notification when someone replies to my post. Anyhow...

What happens is that from time to time, I check her gmail account thru Internet explorer and notice that all the bigger emails just stays in the server. All the smaller size email gets downloaded into her windows mail.

I can't figure out what the problem is.
