    Backing up or migrating data

Does Windows Vista Mail have a file like the Outlook 2007 .PST file that can
simply be copied to another location and opened in order to transfer the
messages, news accounts, and mail accounts? If not, what is the easiest way
to recover this data from an old backup of the system files?

The settings are mostly in the registry with some in the message store. See
    www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx for details.
