Vista - Mail please help plz

i have a yahoo and a live email i am tryn my hardest to set them up on windows mail. my live i COULD receive but NOW IT WILL DO EITHER but my yahoo will not either THese are THE ERROR MESSAGE

on my live account i have it set up like this sever tab
incoming is pop3.live.com
outgoing is smtp.live.com
log on using secure is checked.
the out going autha. is checked.
advance tab
out going sever port number is 25
incoming port number is 995
i have the ssl checkd on both



on yahoo
sever tab
incoming is pop.att.yahoo.com
outgoing is smtp.att.yahoo.com
log on using secure is checked.
the out going auth. is checked
advance tab
out going sever port number is 495
incoming port number is 995
ssl is checked on both.

I responded to some of these issues in your other thread
"ERROR MESSAGE FROM WINDOWS mail".

Regarding the first error message ("user not authenticated")
make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.
