The only thing I forgot to mention is that is says "No Disk" at the top of the message and has the red "X" circle icon. I would get this error message anytime I clicked on the "Message" button at the top of my Windows Mail window. I could not get the drop down menu for "Message" to display. However, I kept trying different things and after I deleted an MP3 file I had downloaded to my Desktop, everything started working properly. Thanks for you effort. I am getting the same error message again when I click on the "Message" button or the Format" button when I try to create a new message. I don't know if this is related, but when I try to transmit my "Reply To Group" I get a notice that I am not signed in to the group. After several tries, I can get it to transmit.
