If you are accessing it via the POP3 servers..
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] remove from server after xx days
OK

If you are accessing some other way, you'll need to ex[plain in detail.

Check this link from my website:
http://www.winuser.co.uk/windows_vis...dows_mail.html
You won't get any mail you have already downloaded and lost back, but all
future mail will have a copy left on the mail providers server.

1. In both mail clients: Tools | Accounts | Mail | [hotmail] | Properties |
Advanced | Delivery | Leave messages on the server (check).

2. In one (1) mail client: Tools | Accounts | Mail | [hotmail] | Properties
| Advanced | Delivery | Delete messages after XX days (check & select
appropriate number).

3. Optional in either mail client: Tools | Accounts | Mail | [hotmail] |
Properties | Advanced | Delivery | Delete messages from server when deleted
from Deleted Items (check).
