In both mail clients: Tools | Accounts | Mail | [hotmail] | Properties | Advanced | Delivery | Leave messages on the server (check). 2. In one (1) mail client: Tools | Accounts | Mail | [hotmail] | Properties | Advanced | Delivery | Delete messages after XX days (check & select appropriate number). 3.
