Importing email addresses

I am not very techie; I'm not even sure this can be done. I was sent a list
of people with email addresses it is in Microsoft Excell that was emailed to
me. Can I import the email addresses into a folder in my contacts on my
Windows email? I am hoping I can highlight and paste or something. I dread
typing each address in. Thank you very much for any suggestions.

Re: Importing email addresses

What is the file extension of that list? If it is .csv, Windows Mail
can import it: File, Import, Windows Contacts, CSV.
