Recovering from hard drive crash

My hard drive recently crashed - it appears to be the operating system portion - it looks like all the data is there.

How do I recover my old Windows Mail stuff and bring it over to a new HD?

Thanks

Pretty easy. Just locate the files, and copy the entire directory over.

For example,
http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/re...-user-profile/

The account setttings may be lost at this point and have to be re-entered.

I find it a good idea to export the account settings (tools, accounts,
export) and save these to backup somewhere so that the account can be
quickly restored - if you have the IAF file, you'll be up and running again
with new mail in moments.
