| | Incoming mail not delivered I have Vista Windows Mail hooked up to my company based email. When I open it to check for new mail it indicates, say, 3 new emails but only delivers ones from new addresses. Any addresses that are already in my inbox are simply highlighted as unread and the new mail from that address is undelivered. So If one is from a new address then I receive only one new email and 2 previous senders are highlighted, but I have no access to the 2 new message. I wasn't sure where the problem lay, until I arranged to have a copy (through webmail) sent from the company website server to my hotmail address. The new ones from the previous (repeat) senders turn up there while they do not through Windows Mail, indicating that is the impediment. How to fix this Windows Mail problem so I can use it to receive repeat (sender) emails? Greg |

| | Re: Incoming mail not delivered Is there a plus (+) sign visible anywhere? Try clicking on it. Also, go to View, Current View, uncheck "Group messages by conversation". -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Greg" <Greg@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:82E133B8-EA2A-478E-99BB-2941415D4BF8@xxxxxx Quote: >I have Vista Windows Mail hooked up to my company based email.
