I get a message everytime I try and open a .pps attachment when I receive
e-mail. I have to go to the control panel, etc etc.. I have done all of that
it still does not work. Then I saved it when out and viewed it and could see
it. I do I correct this so as not to have to keep doing the save, etc to
view. I just started having this problem in the last few weeks. It ALWAYS
worked before. I am not real savy moving around on the computer so please be
simple with you responses.

As there is a known problem with attachments:

1.) Do you have IE8 installed?

2.) Can you open attachments of other file types, especiallly JPG an
TXT?

3.) What does the error message say exactly?
