Error message when I send an email thru routed email (POP)

each time i send an email, i get a pop-up error message asking if i want to
wait 60 more seconds or cancel the email??? i route my windows email thru my
internet service provider. this has been going on for approx. a week now and
not sure how to fix this problem.

Keep waiting until you get the final error message when the send fails, and
post that message.

If your mail was working, and now isn't, contact your ISP regarding changes
they have made.
